Terms of Service

Last updated: October 6, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WebArm24 (“WebArm24”, “we”, “us”), including our website at webarm24.online, the pipeline builder, playground, HTTP API, embeddable widget, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

1. The Service

WebArm24 is a workflow automation platform. You can build pipelines from steps such as AI agent steps that drive a real browser, HTTP requests, email, JavaScript and sandboxed Python code, and conditional branches. Pipelines can run manually, on a schedule (cron or one-time), or when an inbound webhook URL is called. We also offer simpler single-step scheduled automations, an AI assistant that drafts pipelines from a description, an HTTP API for running agent jobs, and an embeddable chat widget. Features may change over time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

2. Accounts

You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account, including runs started by your schedules, webhooks, and API calls. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may sign in with email and password or, where we offer it, with Google; your use of Google sign-in is also subject to Google’s terms and policies. Anonymous use, where available, is subject to usage limits that we may change.

3. Credits and payments

Certain actions, such as chat turns, agent jobs, pipeline runs, scheduled runs, and AI pipeline-builder requests, consume credits from your account balance. We may grant free credits to new users and sell additional credit packs. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Prices, pack sizes, and the credit cost of each action are shown in the Service and may change going forward. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are tied to your account. Except where required by law, purchases are final and credits are non-refundable. If your balance is insufficient, the action will not run. We may reverse credits obtained through error, fraud, or chargebacks.

4. Your workflows, data, and credentials

You own the pipelines, prompts, variables, and other content you submit (“Your Content”), and you grant us a limited license to host, process, and execute it solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for Your Content and for what your workflows do.

5. Code execution

JavaScript and Python steps run in sandboxes with limits on time, memory, and network and file access. These limits may change. You must not attempt to escape or weaken the sandbox, access other users’ data or our infrastructure, mine cryptocurrency, or run code intended to harm systems or people.

6. AI-generated output

The Service uses third-party AI models to power agent steps, the pipeline builder, and chat. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected, and agents may take actions in a browser or call APIs on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing workflows before enabling them, especially those that send messages, submit forms, modify data, or spend money, and for the results of running them. Do not rely on AI output as professional advice.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not: attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data; interfere with or disrupt the Service; use the Service to violate applicable law or third-party rights; send spam or run phishing, fraud, or credential-stuffing campaigns; bypass CAPTCHAs, rate limits, or access controls in ways that violate a site’s rules or the law; scrape or overload third-party or our own infrastructure in a way that harms availability; or use the Service to harm other sites or users. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access, and disable workflows, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or others.

8. Third-party websites, APIs, and services

Workflows may retrieve or interact with third-party websites, APIs, and services (including AI, payment, and email providers) on your behalf. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies. You are responsible for your use of them and for complying with their terms.

9. Availability and data retention

We may impose limits on run frequency, run duration, storage, and concurrency. We may retain run history and logs for a limited period and delete them afterwards. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything important. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights except the limited right to use the Service as offered.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access as described above. On termination, your schedules and webhooks will stop running, and unused credits may be forfeited except where the law requires otherwise.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that workflows will run on time, produce correct results, or that third-party sites and APIs will remain compatible.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebArm24 and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, including losses caused by your workflows or by AI agent actions. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty euros (€50), if you have not paid us.

14. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims and costs arising from Your Content, your workflows, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by updating the date above or posting a notice on the site). Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
